Knowlege is Power
At AALPI, we believe that generating new knowledge is key to making black neighborhoods thrive. We advocate for specific policy and practice changes, serve as a resource for policymakers and civic leaders, and consistently convene community leaders and other key stakeholders to inform community-based research. Our work includes policy research, advocacy, and community engagement, with a strong emphasis on addressing structural inequality and empowering the African American community.
